Floors are floors; there's not much you can change, right? Well, not really....there are numerous choices available based on your budget and desired look and feel. Hardwood, laminate, stick and peel vinyl, sheet vinyl, luxury vinyl, tile, engineered tile, porcelain tile, ceramic tile, hybrid tile, carpet, bamboo...you get it! Then you get to decide on color, finish, texture, and so on. Then we have to pick a baseboard, quarter round, flat base, shoe molding, or both. Bottom line, we know.
