ELC-113 Residential Wiring

Elmer has been a carpenter for 17 years and has a wide range of experience, including working on HVAC systems and operating heavy machinery. He has always been passionate about learning, and his next endeavor is residential electrical to learn everything he can before seeking licensure. Due to his commitment, we felt compelled to respect his wishes and provide him with a paid-in-full class at DTCC for residential wiring, as well as payment for a half-day while he attends class. We are grateful to our customers for making this all possible.

EFL-081 Grammar I

While Caleb possesses more than enough technical knowledge for his role, he occasionally misses specific details when addressing complex customer inquiries. To support his growth and fully integrate him into the team, we are committing to three paid training courses, beginning with EFL-081, which serves as the prerequisite for EFL-082 and EFL-083

Launching in 2026, our focus has been on intentionally guiding our team members toward independence—helping them define their own path while building a strong, loyal customer base. We often say, "If you like the professional we send to you, you’re welcome to keep working with them directly.

Through consistent quality work, referrals, and repeat clients, Cam has built enough momentum to take the next step and officially open his own business. In the coming year, we will support him with branding, business cards, EIN registration, insurance, a business bank account, website development, and payment systems.
