Who We Are

We are a collective group of TROSA graduates. Many of the long-time graduates already own their businesses in their specialized trades, and others with us are on their way. We highlight their specialized skills, reinforce their confidence, and provide the opportunities they need to reintegrate supplemental employment toward entrepreneurship effectively.

What We Do

A workforce development and second-chance employment program using skilled trades to rebuild lives. Our mission is to deliver exceptional craftsmanship to our community while building lasting, meaningful relationships. As a company owned and operated by graduates of the TROSA program right here in Durham, we take pride in creating opportunities for individuals committed to transforming their lives.

Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds who have chosen a new path forward. We honor that commitment by empowering them to showcase their skills, build confidence, and demonstrate their capabilities through high-quality service to our community and customers.
