We are a collective group of TROSA graduates. Many of the long-time graduates already own their businesses in their specialized trades, and others with us are on their way. For these individuals, we are devoted to highlighting their specialized set of skills, reinforcing their confidence, and providing the opportunities they require to reintegrate supplemental employment towards entrepreneurship effectively. Everybody wants a strong customer base that is built on word of mouth. We do the footwork, put them in front of customers, and carry the insurance until each contractor is on their way to success. The work performed is how they prove their worth. We are just their support system and receive very little compensation from the contractor. For this, we ensure they have the tools needed and funds for materials to complete the jobs and often assist them with helpers and pros to accompany and/or guide them along. During busy times, we have full-time workers to handle jobs when contractors are busy. So, you will always be taken care of and be in good hands—while supporting a great cause. Our network is huge and wide. Yet, we are family, friends, and co-workers. You always get more than you pay for, and we are comfortable with knowing that. As long as we thrive, so will the others coming after them. To the greater good of our community.
